As responsible members of the financial community, Ubaldo Leon and his team at RPM Mortgage Inc. are painfully aware that our world – locally, nationally, globally – is in need of healing.  Everyday, people suffer from serious illnesses like HIV or cancer; financial hardships and devastating natural disasters have displaced families from their homes; whole species of animals lie in danger of extinction while abandoned pets struggle for survival.  It is for this reason that the “Mortgage For A Cause” loan program came into existence.Through “Mortgage For A Cause”, you can evoke change simply by utilizing the professional mortgage services of Ubaldo Leon at RPM Mortgage Inc.

Here’s how it works:

• Prior to your loan closing with Ubaldo, choose a charity to support from the list below.
• For loan amounts in excess of 1 million dollars Ubaldo will make a charitable contribution of 750.00 to the organization of your choosing listed below.
• For loan amounts exceeding the conforming loan limit of 417,000.00, Ubaldo will make a charitable contribution in the amount of 500.00 to the organization of your choosing listed below.
• For loan amounts below the conforming loan limit of 417,000.00 Ubaldo will make a charitable contribution of 250.00 to the organization of your choosing listed below.
• Following the closing of your loan, Ubaldo will provide you with a receipt as proof that your charity has received the appropriate donation. It’s that simple!
